Joe Chabot
Head Pastor
Senior Pastor, Joe Chabot began his work in ministry at the Bible Church in Waterbury where he served in youth ministry and Royal Rangers. These experiences taught him to see the kingdom of God with the fresh and expectant eyes of young people with an eagerness to learn. He also served in youth ministry and as an assistant to the Senior Pastor at the Hudson Valley Family Church. Ministry call led him to Calvary Life Church where he headed children’s ministry and served as a Lay Minister. Over time, he became compelled to plant Litchfield Hills Church to fill the void for the Gospel in the greater Litchfield and surrounding areas. He remains dedicated to convey the life-changing and enhancing power of Jesus Christ with clarity and vision. He was ordained in 2013.
Joe has owned three businesses, invested 10 years in higher education, public school, and as Director of Admissions and Director of Community relations at Post University. He is a life-long resident of Watertown where he lives with his wife Lena. They have three sons, two daughter-in-laws and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking and refinishing antiques, and spending time with family & friends.

Al Pirozzoli
Associate Pastor
Al Pirozzoli serves as Associate Pastor and began his ministry journey of salvation in 1980 at the Bible Church, where he served as an adult Bible teacher. His call to convey the value of daily work led him to serve with his wife Kathleen as Regional Directors and seminar leaders with Doug Sherman and William Hendricks, authors of the Christian-based book, Your Work Matters to God. This call expanded regionally through The First Assembly of God Church in Brookfield under Manzer Wright, the Senior Pastor with seminars across New England.
Al has also served as Associate Pastor at Kingdom Life Christian Church where he headed Men’s Ministry. His call brought him to serve as Associate Pastor at Walnut Hill Community in Bethel. He and his wife Kathleen helped to launch the church’s Waterbury satellite church. He headed Men’s Ministry, and Care Ministry and headed the Biblical Education Program. He is also an ordained marketplace chaplain with The International Fellowship of Chaplains, and a Chaplain with the Chaplain Service of Connecticut. At Litchfield Hills Church he serves in Men’s Ministry and his wife Kathleen serves in the Women’s Ministry.
He works as a marketing consultant and writer. His work has garnered seven International Telly Awards and the International John Caples Award. He writes numerous magazine articles and has authored 5 books. He attended the Paier College of Art and studied with Columbia Bible College for 6 years. He and Kathleen live in Bethlehem and enjoy 7 grandchildren.
